Premier Construction is licensed by the City of Longview and bonded, insured. All of our subcontractors are also insured for your protection. Some tradesmen, such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors, are regulated by the State of Texas in addition to being licensed by the City of Longview. This all helps to ensure that your project is done safely and correctly.
